Join us for up to two days of interactive, hands-on learning to strengthen your ServiceNow foundations and put best practices into action. Whether it’s building a reliable CMDB, improving service mapping, or enhancing security and asset management, these workshops will give you practical skills and insights.
Day 1 covers CMDB and CSDM with sessions on data foundations, ingestion, governance, and the product roadmap. Day 2 focuses on security and asset management, exploring platform security features and best practices for managing hardware, software, and enterprise assets.
