That journey forged a practitioner's instinct — a firsthand understanding of the complexity, friction, and opportunity that define large-scale enterprise transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked as a technology consultant across industries and Fortune 500 companies and got his start at fast-moving startups where he developed a strong sense of ownership and business acumen. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering, along with an MBA.
