Drew Koerner serves as Healthcare CTO within ServiceNow's Healthcare Practice, bringing more than two decades of experience at the intersection of information systems and healthcare IT. His career has been defined by a single focus: designing solutions that help clinicians deliver better patient care.
Drew began his healthcare IT journey at Poudre Valley Health System — a Malcolm Baldrige Award-winning organization — where he led server, storage, security, architecture, and virtualization. He went on to help build VMware's healthcare vertical from 2011 to 2018, developing deep expertise across Epic, MEDITECH, and Cerner and delivering solutions with lasting impact across the provider landscape.
At ServiceNow, Drew has continued that work with solutions including Physician Onboarding, EMR Help, Clinical Device Management, and Healthcare Operations — purpose-built capabilities that address the real operational challenges facing hospitals and health systems today. His hands-on provider-side experience has guided multi-hospital systems across multiple states, as well as health systems throughout the country, on their journey toward more connected, efficient, and patient-centered care.
