Ananth Mohan serves as Chief Executive Officer of Elara Caring, a leading
U.S. provider of home-based care, where he leads the organization’s strategy,
operations, and long-term growth.
A transformative leader deeply aligned with Elara’s mission, Ananth plays a
central role in advancing the organization’s goal of delivering high-quality,
compassionate care in the home. Under his leadership, Elara fosters a culture
rooted in accountability, integrity, and innovation—with strong performance and
a steadfast focus on compliance.
Ananth is passionate about disrupting healthcare delivery and has spent much of his career at the
intersection of operations, technology, and patient outcomes. He has worked in public, private, and family-
owned company settings. Since joining Elara in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, Ananth has drawn on
more than two decades of experience leading complex healthcare organizations through change and
growth. His background includes prior leadership roles:
• Cancer Treatment Centers of America – advancing a chronic disease mindset-oriented service
platform across a national oncology health system network
• McKinsey & Company – serving a wide range of healthcare provider, services, and medical
device organizations on growth, technology, and operations
• GE Healthcare – leading new product introductions for diagnostic imaging, and clinical
visualization applications for neurology and cardiology
Ananth earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, and MBA from
the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds multiple U.S. patents in
healthcare technology and continues to champion innovation to improve care delivery and support
caregivers.
