Alex Tesdorf serves as the Director of ServiceNow’s client advisory team Inspire Value as well as the Healthcare Provider Community Lead for EMEA North. He brings over 30 years of experience developing C-Level Digital Transformation investment justifications and value realisation assessments as well as full life-cycle implementation experience from ideation through development, go-live and run as a managed operations both within the public and private sectors.
He is a Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF), MSP and Prince2 with deep understanding of the interplay between Business and IT. He possesses deep process knowledge in the areas of HR, Finance, supply chain and procurement, IT4IT as well as Change Management and Governance.
At ServiceNow, Alex has worked with customers across all industries both shaping initiatives as well as helping customers understand the value of their investments.
