Johan brings a background of digital transformation that ranges from IT governance and strategy, over technology risk to business & IT transformation.
He leads the Deloitte ServiceNow team in Belgium and serves as engagement partner on several Technology Strategy & Transformation projects.
His passion is to assist organizations in achieving their digital transformation. Starting from the expected outcomes and business processes, connecting to Digital/IT best practices, and addressing the associated risks, is the key to success. Many transformations have involved ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, Cloud and/or (Gen)AI, making them core to our work.
