We are thrilled to announce the next ServiceNow User Group Meeting on October 5, 2026, hosted by NS at NS Trefpunt, Utrecht.
This edition is a special one: for the first time, SNUG and the Employee Workflow User Group (HR SNUG) are joining forces for a combined event, bringing both communities together under one roof.

Join us for a day designed to bring together the ServiceNow community, expand your knowledge, and connect with peers who share your passion for transformation. Expect inspiring sessions, hands-on discussions, and genuine connections with others navigating the ServiceNow journey.
The program runs from 13:30 to 17:30 and features 7 sessions from speakers including ASML, VU Amsterdam, Emma3D, ABN‑Amro, KLM, and NS, spread across three breakout rounds so you can dive into the topics that matter most to you — from CSDM/CMDB visualisation to IRM, HR AI experiments, and more. The day wraps up with drinks and networking, a great chance to connect with peers face to face.

Don't miss this chance to be part of the combined SNUG and HR SNUG community and gain fresh perspectives on what's driving innovation in your space.
