This session is designed for customers who want to understand how ServiceNow AI Control Tower helps create visibility, control, and measurability across the enterprise AI landscape. You will get a first-hand view into the “machine room” of AICT: how discovery works, how AI assets are represented in the ServiceNow CMDB, how observability and monitoring support continuous evaluation, and how these capabilities connect to the broader product architecture and roadmap.
