Submitting a nomination is straightforward. Before you begin, gather the information you'll need to describe your organisation's transformation, implementation, and measurable business outcomes.
If you're submitting on behalf of a customer, you can send the completed nomination to your customer for review and approval before final submission.

Submissions are evaluated by the ServiceNow awards judging panel. All entries will be scored based on Business Impact and Challenge & Approach. Quantifiable metrics and examples will support your submission.
