Anna Mazzone is responsible for the business growth strategy of operational resilience, risk, security and AI Governance businesses at ServiceNow, a global Silicon Valley technology company. Anna joined ServiceNow in 2020 to launch the company's Risk business which has grown to be #2 in EMEA, with over 500 clients and a team of 60+.

Anna sees the intersection of regulation, information, workflow platforms and industry expertise will enable efficiency in enforcement, governance, business resiliency, leading to competitive advantage.

Anna founded the global capital markets first KYC Managed Shared Services while at Thomson Reuters, and also Anna was named to Innovate Finance ‘Women in Fintech Powerlist.’

Ms. Mazzone’s deep domain expertise in information technology for GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance technologies), KYC regulatory requirements as well as knowledge of Third Party Risk/Vendor (KYS/KYV) and financial markets (FinTech), has contributed to significant growth at companies including BAML, Thomson Reuters, CME Group, Markit, and MetricStream. Anna sits on the Board of the Open Data Institute and Chairs their Audit and Risk Committee.

Anna attended the Darla Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina and has a Bachelor of Science in both finance and insurance.
