Ananya Garg is a Staff UX Researcher at ServiceNow, where she spends most of her time untangling complex enterprise problems and figuring out what humans actually need from AI (spoiler: it’s not more dashboards). She’s focused on enterprise AI, workforce experience, and the evolving landscape of HR transformation. Her past work has zig-zagged through fintech, public sector, and healthtech- basically, anywhere humans and systems are learning to work better together. Before ServiceNow, she led global research and design projects at BCG X.
