Kevin Brooks is the Global Lead for Public Sector Strategy at ServiceNow, where he spearheads sustainable growth by aligning digital innovation with the evolving needs of governments and public organizations around the world. He leads a team of subject matter experts in support of government to improve societal good and government efficiency.

Prior to his current role, Kevin served as Chief of Staff for ServiceNow’s Global Public Sector division and held senior roles as Field CTO and Executive Strategist for Defense and National Security. In these positions, he partnered with government stakeholders to implement digital workflows that enhanced operational efficiency and mission delivery.

A retired senior officer with more than 28 years of federal leadership experience, Kevin is a recognized expert in driving organizational transformation. As Chief of the Force Support Organization and Readiness for the U.S. Air Force, he advised the CHRO on HR enterprise structure and strategy, overseeing 1,600 officers and 37,000 enlisted personnel. He led the migration of the Air Force’s HR system from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure, modernizing HR operations and building an analytics-driven workforce capable of supporting informed, mission-critical decision-making.

Kevin is known for his ability to integrate people, process, and technology to enable mission success at scale.
