Across all of these High Volume Events, more than 2,300 global sites must verify readiness. Before ServiceNow SPM, that readiness effort was fragmented: run region by region, tracked manually, with no unified view for leadership. This session traces how Amazon OTS turned that fragmented process into a global mechanism, starting with a small pilot in Florida and scaling it, region by region, until it spanned six continents.
