Most reporting tools force an organization to adapt to them, reshaping how teams score priorities, run methodology cadences, or structure updates just to fit a rigid template. Over time, that friction shows up as slower execution and reports nobody trusts enough to act on. This session flips that relationship: drawing on three years of work between GE Aerospace and VividCharts on ServiceNow SPM, we'll show what happens when reporting flexes to match the organization instead of the other way around, from publishing GE Aerospace's custom Strategic Planning Workspace scoring framework in its native ranked format, to automating Lean methodology reporting in the exact templates the business already runs on, to extending that same approach to a second ServiceNow instance for a newly stood-up SPM team. The common thread: when reporting flexes to an organization's existing frameworks, it stops being a translation layer and starts being fuel for execution. Attendees will leave with a practical lens for assessing whether their own reporting is powering execution or slowing it down.
