We demonstrate how the organization moved from unstructured exercises and isolated findings to a holistic improvement loop that connects findings, risks, actions, and ownership across business and IT. The result is increased transparency, reduced manual reporting through automation, and a stronger culture of operational resilience—directly supporting DORA and NIS2 requirements.
