With 15 years in the security industry and more than two decades in technology, Lou leads ServiceNow’s Security and Risk portfolio as Group Vice President & General Manager. His focus is on achieving exceptional customer outcomes by transforming enterprise security and risk operations and delivering AI-native experiences through workflow, automation, business context, and cross-team collaboration.
At ServiceNow, his responsibility spans our billion-dollar portfolio of security and risk offerings, including security incident management, vulnerability and exposure management, integrated risk management, third party risk management, and business continuity and operational resilience. Prior to ServiceNow, he was responsible for email security and detection, and response product initiatives at Symantec.
Lou holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Columbia University.
