Shane Dunn is the Now on Now Security Leader at ServiceNow, where he champions the internal adoption and innovation of ServiceNow’s Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and Platform Security products. His mission is to build trust and reduce cyber risk by operationalizing security at scale—and then sharing those learnings with customers to help them drive rapid value through the platform.

With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and regulatory compliance, Shane has led major digital security initiatives across highly regulated industries. Prior to ServiceNow, he served as a technology executive at Equifax, overseeing enterprise architecture strategies to support global compliance across cloud environments. Earlier in his career, Shane held leadership roles at IBM and Hewlett Packard, where he built secure, scalable cloud infrastructures and implemented compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, PCI, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Shane is widely recognized for aligning technical strategy with business priorities and accelerating innovation in cloud security and governance. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.

Rashid Shakil is a Sr. Staff Security Product Strategist at ServiceNow, part of the Security Now on Now team, where he operates as an internal practitioner and “customer zero.” He translates real-world SOC and enterprise risk operations into repeatable use cases, value narratives, and best practices that accelerate customer and partner adoption. His current focus spans AI-assisted SecOps workflows, major incident response, and integrated risk management, driving measurable outcomes such as faster response, reduced risk, and trusted operations. Rashid regularly presents these insights through executive briefings, industry webinars, and customer sessions.
