With over 25 years’ experience, Richard Taylor is a Resilience & GRC industry veteran, widely known and respected in ServiceNow, GRC/IRM and SecOps circles. He is a passionate believer in the benefits that can be derived from embedding resilience early and effectively into every organisation and has a long history of helping customers drive efficiency and achieve their business outcomes.
As well as having direct experience in designing and releasing a number of very successful Apps on the ServiceNow store, Richard is also an advocate of continuous learning and disseminating best practice, having trained hundreds of industry professionals in ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps.
