Laure Molinier is a senior leader in risk management, information security, and operational resilience with more than 25 years of experience in the financial and post trade industry. At Euroclear, she heads the Advisory and Assessment team of the Operational Resilience Division, where she drives the organisation’s operational resilience strategy, DORA readiness, crisis management capabilities, and regulatory assurance.

Throughout her career at Euroclear, Laure has held key leadership roles spanning information security, business continuity, corporate finance, and regulatory affairs. She has led crisis teams through major operational incidents, terrorist attacks, geopolitical crises, and the Covid 19 pandemic, and has been instrumental in evolving Euroclear’s resilience frameworks and crisis management structures.

Recognised for her expertise in regulatory expectations, cross disciplinary risk integration, and large scale incident response, Laure is a frequent contributor to industry working groups and resilience forums across Europe. She brings clear, pragmatic insights on operational resilience, cyber preparedness, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
