Managing your most critical connected assets in ServiceNow

The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) turned to EY and ServiceNow. TOH were able to transform their clinical device management into a single source, eliminating manual processes and automating oversight. Utilizing ServiceNow CDM module TOH, is now able to better manage their assets and have automated notifications when stock reach a certain threshold. By having the data centrally managed, TOH has created reports to provide a current state of their clinical devices including risks and lifecycle events. TOH can now view reports providing greater visibility into a scoring rating that reduces the challenge of planning for the replacement of costly equipment.   With the use of the user portal, hospital employees on the front lines are easily able to report an issue with a clinical device, and with the help of automated workflows, ensure a prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
