The UK Government has set five ambitious missions to drive national renewal: kickstart economic growth, build an NHS fit for the future, ensure safer streets, break down barriers to opportunity, and make Britain a clean energy superpower. And, it has placed AI and digital transformation at the heart of its modernisation agenda, ensuring that public services can operate efficiently, securely, and with citizen needs at its core.
ServiceNow UK’s Public Services Forum returns to London bringing together leaders, policymakers, service & technology owners from across Central Government Departments, Health & Social care, National Security, Public Safety and Higher Education to explore how AI, automation, and data-driven workflows can be put to work as the accelerator for the needed change.
Through expert insights & opinions, detailed use-cases and sector specific discussions, the forum will address today’s critical questions, discuss the reality of AI-powered public services and showcase ServiceNow solutions that can deliver real impact for citizens, their communities, the people that serve them, and the nation’s longer-term ambitions.
The full agenda is in build and will be finalised in the coming weeks, however, discover the full-day structure below.

Nowhere has technology-driven transformation been more impactful than in the delivery of interaction experiences. With service expectations of ubiquitous access and immediate gratification in an “always-on” world, citizen experience is a critical element of service experience. It is also an area where technology innovations and digitisation can radically reduce the cost of service whilst improving satisfaction. In this session we explore how some innovative Public Service organisations are delivering best-in-class experience and how these techniques can be leveraged to drive greater engagement, particularly with younger, digitally native citizens.
