Dear SNUG Community,
This October, the Austrian ServiceNow community is trying something new.
Instead of a traditional SNUG filled with presentations, we are turning the day into a hands-on AI Hackathon – bringing together the community to experiment, collaborate and build with ServiceNow AI. As a ServiceNow Elite Partner with strong AI and implementation expertise, Inetum will provide hands-on guidance, help teams overcome technical challenges and turn their ideas into working prototypes.

AI is moving fast – and sometimes the best way to understand what it can really do is simply to try it. This event is your opportunity to:
- Get hands-on with ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Work on real use cases proposed by the community
- Experiment and build a prototype in just a few hours

- Learn from people with different technical and business backgrounds

You don't need to be a developer to participate. Great solutions need technical skills, business knowledge, creativity and a good understanding of the problem.
What makes this SNUG different?
The community won't just be the audience – you will build the event.
We will start with a short look at the latest ServiceNow release and AI highlights, followed by a fun AI quiz.Then the real challenge begins.
We will introduce the selected Hackathon use cases submitted by the community, form mixed teams and give you the main part of the day to turn an idea into a working concept or prototype.
In the afternoon, teams will present and demo what they have created.
The whole community will vote, we'll celebrate the winning solutions – and then continue the conversations over drinks.
No pressure to create a production-ready solution. The goal is to experiment, learn, challenge each other and have fun building something together.

Who can join?
Developers, architects, platform owners, product and service owners, business analysts, process owners and anyone curious about ServiceNow and AI.
Teams will combine different skills and perspectives, so technical and non-technical participants are equally welcome.
To ensure broad participation across the Austrian ServiceNow community, registration is limited to a maximum of 5 participants per company.
