As well as working with military and medical teams, he has led programmes all over the world for Coca Cola, Hewlett Packard, Lloyds Banking Group, Emirates Airlines, and Serco. He is also one of only a handful of external psychologists to have worked with NASA astronauts.

Our latest expert-level Learning Lab features a step-by-step guide to creating a Knowledge Gap Identifier custom skill using the Now Assist Skill Kit with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
