In less than 18 months, ABB built an internal due diligence team which transformed an external service into an inhouse capability, saving money, increasing transparency and efficiency, and improving company specific insight. This was done by focusing on people, process, and technology to build a solid foundation, to which AI tools enhance the teams abilities, saving time and improving quality, which ultimately allow for the team to increase their scope and provide more value to the business without increasing headcount. ABB partnered with EY on this journey to leverage ServiceNow and its AI capabilities to set a solid foundation for accelerated growth.
