Ravi is a transformational consultant and independent director with deep experience guiding organisations through complex change. Over the past two years, he has supported Palmerston North City Council on its transformation journey, helping the organisation reimagine how services are designed and delivered using ServiceNow.  The Council has leveraged ServiceNow as a strategic platform to enable customer-focused solutions and drive radical, outcomes-led transformation. Ravi’s work at the council spans contact centre management, strategic portfolio management, and public sector digital services (PSDS).    His approach has helped translate digital strategy into practical, medium-scale service transformation that meaningfully improves how constituents engage with public services.
