Andrej is GM and VP of Product Management for Public Sector AI Industry Products and Platform at ServiceNow, where he leads AI products, platform strategy, and go-to-market for global public sector markets. His mission: build the world's best citizen, servicemember, defense, and student engagement experiences.
He has spent over 25 years in enterprise software, pioneering AI-first solutions across public sector, fintech, and healthcare - in both fast-growth startups and large-scale global firms including ServiceNow and SAP. At ServiceNow, he has led the platform's expansion into public sector markets worldwide, navigating regional regulations while building integrated, AI-first industry products that serve government agencies and billions of citizens.
Andrej is known for building high-performing, culturally diverse teams across the globe. He brings an entrepreneurial, people-first approach to leadership with a genuine passion for the intersection of disciplines that produce digital products users love - and measurable ROI for customers.
He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, a PhD and MS in Computer Science, and has multiple certifications and publications in the CS field. He is an IEEE Senior Member and a judge for the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition.
Outside of work, Andrej enjoys travelling, hiking, scuba diving, teaching, and mentoring.
