As the Senior Director for the ANZ Federal Sales team at ServiceNow, Sian is committed to empowering success & cultivating a community of trust with customers and our people. Sian is passionate about fostering trusted relationships with her customers across Federal Government and creating a strong team culture with a key focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. In particular, Sian is committed to increasing the representation of women in IT.

In her current role, Sian is responsible for leading the ServiceNow business for Federal Government, having overall responsibility for our customers and outcomes.


Prior to joining ServiceNow, Sian has spent the past 13 years at SAP, most recently as General Manager for Public Sector, Canberra and NSW Government. In this role, Sian was responsible leading the Canberra business for SAP, working closely with the Federal Government, supporting several customers on their technology modernisation journey.

Prior to leading SAP’s public sector teams, Sian initially joined SAP as Senior Legal Counsel before moving into SAP’s Global Strategic Initiatives where she was supporting some of the most complex and strategic customers.

Sian lives in Canberra with her husband, and 3 children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog for a walk and time at the beach or near the water.
