William is a founder, technologist, and sovereignty-minded entrepreneur who believes Australia can be a global powerhouse of innovation — and is doing something about it. As CEO of Reason Group, he leads an advisory and technology services firm helping government and regulated enterprises dramatically lift their productivity through practical AI and automation.

William's technology instincts were forged in high-stakes environments — developing mission-critical combat and air traffic control systems across the globe. A veteran of the dotcom era, he has since built and grown technology and advisory businesses serving telecommunications, banking, resources, and government. As Chair of the AIIA Federal & ACT Council, he is a leading voice for Australia's technology ecosystem, championing the policies and partnerships that make this country an exceptional place to build the future.

William now calls Canberra home with an entrepreneurial wife and two teenagers. He holds a B.App.Sc in Computer Studies from the University of South Australia, is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
