Event Overview

The session brings together approximately 8–12 senior financial services executives (CROs, CCOs, and Chief Model Risk Officers) from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions for a peer dialogue on AI governance and model risk management, paired with a curated wine tasting.

Why Now

SR 26-2 — issued April 2026 — modernized model risk governance but explicitly excluded generative and agentic AI, creating a regulatory gray zone at the exact moment institutions are accelerating AI deployment. This roundtable gives executives a private, Chatham House forum to share how they are self-governing AI model risk in the absence of formal guidance, with Evan providing regulatory context and anchoring the discussion.

ServiceNow's Role

Host and convener — not presenter. Our commercial objective is to surface demand around AI Control Tower, IRM, and TPRM organically through the conversation. Expected outcomes include senior relationship development and whitespace identification across named FSI accounts.

Nikos Andrikogiannopoulos

Founder & CEO
Nikos Andrikogiannopoulos is the Founder & CEO of Metrika, a real-time risk management and compliance platform focused on digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance (DeFi). Metrika works with GSIBs, financial institutions, market infrastructures, asset managers and rating agencies to help operationalize digital asset risk management through continuous monitoring, risk analytics, and governance workflows.

Previously, Nikos served as a member of the CFTC Technology Advisory Committee and its Subcommittee on Digital Assets and Blockchain, contributing to industry discussions around blockchain infrastructure, operational risk, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets.

Prior to founding Metrika, Nikos worked in technology, telecommunications, and strategy consulting, including advisory work related to next-generation network infrastructure and emerging technologies. He holds both a Master of Science in EECS and an MBA from MIT, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in EECS from the National Technical University of Athens.

He is a frequent speaker at industry forums and executive roundtables on digital asset risk, tokenization, operational resilience, and institutional adoption of blockchain technology.

Jeffrey DiMuro

Deputy CISO
Jeffrey DiMuro is the Deputy Chief Security Officer for ServiceNow. DiMuro works closely with the product, legal, and privacy organizations to create industry-focused capabilities to accelerate the adoption of the NOW platform globally.

DiMuro also leads ServiceNow’s data governance, insider threat, security risk, and vendor security assessment and strategy programs. DiMuro regularly liases with the global regulatory community to proactively influence pending changes to laws and regulations impacting ServiceNow and its customers. Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2021, DiMuro served as the Chief Security and Compliance Architect for Saleforce, where he focused on building repeatable data protection frameworks to expedite the adoption of cloud services. DiMuro also formerly served as an Executive Director and Global Security Architect Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2010 to 2014. DiMuro has presented at various security conferences in the areas of data protection, social networking, mobility, and data loss protection and the protection intellectual property in the enterprise.

Jeff has recently been awarded two U.S. Patents for his work in Perimeter Security (Packet Profiling) and Secure Credit Card Processing (Secure Card with On-Board with Authentication/Authorization/Auditing). His passion for security has led to the additional filing of multiple patent applications in the areas of identity management ( iBind), Secure email (S.T.E.P. – Secure Transfer Electronic Presentment), and various Encryption techniques. DiMuro earned his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School and received his BS in Finance from the College of New Jersey.

Evan Sekeris

SVP & Senior Economist
Evan Sekeris is a Senior Vice President and Senior Economist at the Bank Policy Institute. He leads research on banking, financial stability, and regulatory policy, with a focus on making complex economic issues accessible to policymakers, industry leaders, and the public.

Before joining BPI, Evan held senior leadership roles at Capital One, MUFG, PNC, Oliver Wyman, and the Federal Reserve, where he helped shape approaches to stress testing, risk management, and regulatory oversight. His work has been widely published in academic journals and industry volumes, bridging rigorous economic research with practical policy insights.

Evan earned his Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA and holds additional degrees in economics from Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.
