This interactive, hands-on Security Operations Learning Lab is designed to help participants shift from a reactive to a proactive security posture using ServiceNow’s Security Operations Platform. Through guided labs and gamified exercises, you’ll learn how to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and defend against real-time attacks. The session begins with practical scenarios using Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) to address deferred vulnerabilities and major incidents.
