Joe Pizzo is a Sr. Staff Security Product Analyst at ServiceNow and is part of the Customer Security and Trust team, where he operates as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Advocate. Joe and his team have ownership of the ServiceNow Security Center and delivery of support, guidance and direction of Security Configuration for all ServiceNow Customers. Prior to joining the Customer Security and Trust team, Joe spent 4 years supporting customers through their Security Operations Journey with ServiceNow SecOps. Joe has worked in various roles in a variety of Security Domains.  Joe's goal is to deliver security tools, guidance and support to all ServiceNow Customers to ensure secure customer data so admins, developers and users can adopt Powerful Workflows, GenAI and Agentic AI in the ServiceNow AI Platform with ease and confidence.
