Currently serving as Global Head of Risk, Compliance & Security Go-to-Market at ServiceNow, Alexis leads the strategic vision for how organizations across financial services manage risk and compliance in today's dynamic landscape. In this role, she drives innovation and resilience at scale, partnering with enterprise clients to transform their approach to integrated risk management while overseeing a substantial pipeline across banking, insurance, and investment management verticals.
Previously, as Vice President of Risk Product & Operational Support at Capital One/Discover Financial Services, Alexis led risk product enhancements and regulatory compliance strategies while establishing an Organizational Change Management (OCM) discipline that integrated governance platforms with modern technology solutions to ensure sustainable and measurable success.

Alexis's leadership extends to technology-led transformations, having directed the migration of eight critical risk and compliance programs to the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution—delivered on time and within budget—to enhance regulatory change management and internal controls. She also spearheaded the development and launch of financial products including Cashback Debit and IRA Savings Deposit, broadening the portfolio and driving customer engagement.

Earlier in her career at Discover, Alexis held pivotal roles within the Deposit Operations Strategy division, where she optimized operational and product delivery workflows, applying agile and lean methodologies to enhance technical operations, strengthen compliance, and drive customer-centric innovation. Her expertise in product management, risk assessment, and cross-functional leadership significantly improved organizational resilience.
Alexis holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
