At ING, she leads the business implementation of ServiceNow for Operational Resilience, ensuring the platform aligns with ING’s methodology while remaining intuitive and user friendly to drive strong adoption across the organisation.
Before joining ING in 2023, Anu spent more than a decade as a management consultant in London, partnering with major financial institutions on a wide range of non financial risk initiatives, with a particular focus on resilience.
