Jamil Qureshi is one of the foremost practitioners of performance-enhancing psychology and an expert in high-performing teams. His knowledge of optimising human potential comes from experience of working with some of the world's top individuals and teams in sport and business.
Jamil has worked with some of the world’s biggest and most complex organisations to deliver change, leadership, and performance programmes. As well as working with military and medical teams, he has led programmes all over the world for Coca Cola, Hewlett Packard, Lloyds Banking Group, Emirates Airlines, and Serco. He is also one of only a handful of external psychologists to have worked with NASA astronauts.
The author of the acclaimed The Mind Coach, Jamil is a recognised leader in all aspects of the psychology of performance and leadership, leadership attitudes, improving people, cultural change, and team performance. Through understanding the human psyche, he is able to motivate, inspire, and energise any team or group. In his entertaining, energetic presentations, Jamil shares practical insights into the psychology of attaining high performance as an individual or team.

A facilitated roundtable discussion with peer practitioners and ServiceNow SME’s that explores how and why AI is transforming the business landscape and the impacts it is having in business performance. You’ll explore the major considerations, the potential pitfalls and the practical steps required to put AI to work for your people. Alongside fellow practitioners at a similar stage in their AI journey, you will get to probe, ask questions and examine the business case applied to your business. Leveraging use case-based examples, this session will help frame your understanding of what AI can and can’t do, and what it might mean for your business. (Session ends at 3:20 PM)
Our latest expert-level Learning Lab features a step-by-step guide to creating a Knowledge Gap Identifier custom skill using the Now Assist Skill Kit with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). More details to come, including new Agentic AI capabilities, this hands-on session is designed for AI practitioners with technical understanding and development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
