What is the cost of attending ServiceNow Nexus for Service Operations 2026?Â
There is no registration fee for customers to attend the event! Daily breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks are included with admission. Attendees are responsible for covering the cost of travel, lodging, and any other expenses outside of the event including any food purchases.Â
How do I register for the event? Â
You can register online by visiting the event website and completing the registration form. Once you submit your registration form online, we will confirm your registration by email within 2 weeks. If you are interested in speaking opportunities, please email the event team at ServiceOpsEvents@ServiceNow.com. Â
What if I registered but can no longer attend the event?Â
Plans changed? We’re sorry to hear you can’t make it. Attendance is limited due to venue capacity.Â

How do I get to Santa Clara, California? Â
Santa Clara is conveniently located near two major airports. The closest airport is San Jose International Airport (SJC), which is approximately 5 miles (10 minutes) from ServiceNow’s HQ. You can also fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is around 35 miles (36 minutes) from ServiceNow’s HQ. We kindly ask that attendees arrange their own airfare, lodging and transportation to and from the venue. Â
Are there any recommended hotels?Â
On our event website you can find a lodging section with a list of hotels conveniently located near our HQ. There are no group discount codes or hotel blocks reserved.Â
Is there parking available at the venue? Â
Visitor parking at ServiceNow HQ is ample and requires no special access. App based rides such as Lyft, Uber are available, and some hotels offer shuttle service within a certain radius. Please allow extra time if traveling during peak hours, as Bay Area traffic can vary significantly.Â
Is the event accessible for individuals with disabilities? Â
Our HQ facilities are designed to ensure easy accessibility for everyone. Throughout the event, we are committed to providing inclusive accommodation.  Please reach out to the event team at ServiceOpsEvents@ServiceNow.com for any specific accommodation requests. Â
Where can I find the event agenda? Â
The current agenda is on the website and will be updated as details are confirmed. Confirmed attendees will get the full agenda in the event app closer to the event. Sessions are not recorded — content is only available to those attending in person.
Do I need to sign up for individual sessions? Â
Yes, we will be using an event app to optimize the digital experience for attendees. We are planning to provide access to confirmed attendees at least one month prior to the event to sign up for sessions. Details will be sent to your email address provided during registration. Â
Do I need to bring a laptop?Â
For hands-on labs you will need to bring a laptop to participate fully. You may also bring a secondary device (e.g., tablet or smartphone) if you’d like to take notes, follow along with supplementary materials, or access session resources. Kindly ensure all mobile devices are silenced during the sessions to minimize disruptions.Â
What is the dress code? Â
The dress code is business casual or smart casual attire. Â
How will I check in and pick up my badge? Â
The registration desk will be located near the main entrance of the venue. Please be prepared to provide your name, proof of registration (confirmation email), and a valid photo ID at check-in. For security reasons, attendees must wear their badge for the duration of the event.  More details will be provided to confirmed attendees in the event app.Â
Will meals be provided? Â
Yes, we will provide daily breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks during breaks, and beverages and appetizers during the evening events. Attendees are responsible for covering the cost of any food purchased outside of the event. Â
What if I have dietary restrictions? Â
We've got you covered. Add any dietary restrictions on the registration form, or email ServiceOpsEvents@ServiceNow.com if you've already registered.
Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue? Â
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees. The Wi-Fi network details will be provided at the event and in the event app.Â
